I apologize for not blogging. Before school started I just wanted to relax, and now that it has, I don’t want to do anything!
High School — oh man. The first day was JUST freshmen. So it wasn’t so bad. I didn’t know where a few buildings were, but after I asked I knew what I was doing. It was nice getting used to it before the other grades were there. Today was a lot easier. I knew exactly where I was going (except for science..I forgot what room that was…) Walking around campus with 3500+ people is pretty much just like NYC. You don’t know many people so they leave you alone and it’s crowded. I kinda like it actually(: EXCEPT walking up and down the staircase in the English building before&after period C. I also don’t like how hot it is. My highschool is 200 years old the year I graduate. (2014..) So most of the buildings are really old. And they don’t have air conditioning. On 96 degree days, it gets pretty gross when you’re walking around outside with 327914 people and then have to walk up and down stairs with tons of people. When it actually starts getting more like fall weather, it will be better.
Lemme tell you about my classes!
French – It’s great! I love it so far. The teacher is so fun. He’s not boring and mean. And homework shouldn’t be so hard.
World History – THE TEACHER PRETTY MUCH SUCKS. I was looking forward to this class. But the teacher is gonna make it a living hell. He was the one that was my moms old history teacher. Ya know, the one that failed her. He’s so old school..
English – I love the teacher for english(: And my class is wonderful. But it’s on the top floor of the english building and the farthest away from the social studies wing…
Chorus – IT’S COLD IN THE CHORUS ROOM<3 So after walking up 21096 stairs and then back down them, I just walk down the hallway to a big cold room. It’s wonderful. And I love the chorus director. She’s awesome(:
Science – I hate science. It’s like math, and it just doesn’t interest me.
Half Study/Lunch – Half study is pointless. We have assigned seats and there’s no one I know. We just kinda sit there for half a period. Our crazy teacher makes us watch Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader….It’s boring. Lunch is so crowded. It’s gross.
Algebra – It’s in the portable. They’re super old. And my teacher doesn’t seem like she’s gonna do much.
American Government - I HATE THIS CLASS. Just like, the subject in general. It’s stupid. The teachers good. And my class is alright. But…come on..American Government? All we learned last year in that class was that George Washington was the first president and they have a certain reason why it is the way it is. Ugh…
Then I go home.
